Is the AI allowed to post entries by itself?
No. The AI drafts the debit and credit lines. A person reviews and posts them, and the audit log records who approved each one.
How do I know the AI read the amount correctly?
Every amount is read twice: once by the AI and once by a strict number parser, including Burmese numerals and words like သိန်း. If the two disagree, nothing is drafted and you are asked to confirm.
How does the AI give profit advice?
It reads your own ledger: sales, costs, receivables and cash across every business. Each suggestion shows the numbers behind it and an estimated amount. You make the decision.
Is my financial data used to train AI models?
No. Your books stay in your account and are only used to answer your own questions.
Can I bring my existing Excel books?
Yes. Import your chart of accounts and opening balances from Excel, and export any report back to Excel in the same layout.
Does it work with my banks, cards and e-wallets?
Each bank account, card account and e-wallet is its own cash account, with its own balance and statement. Tell the agent "moved $1,000 from the wallet to the bank" and it records the transfer.
What happens when SarYin POS launches?
Group plan customers turn it on per shop. Each sale posts its revenue, payment method and cost of sales into the ledger, and the agent can answer questions about it right away.
